Why This Work Exists
Wild Within was born from a simple remembering:
The body holds wisdom, and healing begins when we learn to listen.
For generations, women have been taught to move against their natural rhythms, override their intuition, and disconnect from the cycles that shape them.
This work exists as a gentle return to self-trust, to compassion, and to the innate intelligence of the feminine body.
Through herbal education, Ayurveda, and ritual, I create spaces and offerings that support women in rebuilding a relationship with themselves not by fixing, but by understanding.
