Living in Alignment Sessions are one-on-one experiences for women who want to better understand how their body communicates and asks for support.
Together, we explore physical sensations, emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and natural rhythms to uncover what your body is signaling beneath the surface. Rather than overriding symptoms or searching for quick fixes, these sessions focus on learning how to respond to your body with awareness, trust, and compassion.
This work honours the body as intelligent and adaptive, offering practical insight and embodied tools you can carry into daily life—supporting lasting alignment rather than temporary relief.

These sessions are designed to help you understand how your body communicates stress, imbalance, and need, while supporting awareness, regulation, and reconnection.
Each session is unique, but may include:
Nervous system support and gentle regulation practices to restore a sense of safety and ease
Embodied awareness and body-based listening to recognize physical and emotional signals
Cyclical and rhythm-based reflection to understand patterns over time
Herbal education and ritual suggestions (when supportive) to complement the body’s needs
Grounded, intentional conversation held with care, presence, and respect
